Attorney Fox is an experienced practitioner whose practice focuses primarily upon civil, rather than criminal matters. Attorney Fox’s civil law practice includes estate administration, elder law, land use planning and zoning, sale and acquisition of real estate, entertainment law (publication of books and review of theatrical contracts) and municipal law. Attorney Fox is presently retained by five separate municipalities to perform various functions on their behalf, including that of municipal solicitor, zoning hearing board solicitor, civil service board solicitor, building code appeals board solicitor, and business privilege tax hearing officer.
Attorney Fox is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Fox is admitted to practice before the Courts of Common Pleas of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, before which tribunals he appears on a continuous basis.
Attorney Fox received his undergraduate B.A. degree from Muhlenberg College in 1970. He attended The Villanova University School of Law from which he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1973. While engaged in the practice of law, he also served this country for eight years as a member of the United States Coast Guard Reserve where he was stationed at Coast Guard facilities in New York, California & New Jersey.
Attorney Fox is an award winning playwright whose humorous law-related plays have appeared on stage nationally. His comedic play entitled There's No Justice - Just Court Costs was recently performed in Midland, Texas. His comedic play entitled the The Obituary I'm Dying To Write was produced February 1 through 10, 2013, by the Shawnee Playhouse in Pennsylvania.
Attorney Fox has authored four (4) humorous books that describe the comedic ironies encountered by those who seek the elusive goal of achieving Justice.
